Definition
Reporting under GEI 2 provides information about the gender composition of governing bodies/boards in a standardised format.
The term ‘governing body’ includes a board of directors, committee of management, council, trustees or other governing authority of the employer. Governing bodies/boards represent the highest level of decision-making responsibility in organisations, and inclusive boards add value to the quality of the decision-making process.
